How difficult is installation?
Most customers complete installation in an afternoon. Dig a hole for the reservoir basin, place the stones, connect the pump and plumbing (all hardware included), fill with water, and plug in. No special tools or professional help required.
Do I need a pond or existing water feature?
No — this fountain is completely self-contained. Water recirculates through the hidden underground basin. You just need a nearby GFCI electrical outlet to power the pump.
Can this fountain be used year-round?
In climates without hard freezes, yes. In freezing climates, drain the basin and remove the pump for winter storage. The stone pieces can typically remain in place through winter.
Is this real stone or faux/cast material?
100% real natural stone — not cast stone, resin, or fiberglass. Because it's natural stone, each piece is unique in color and texture. Color may vary slightly from photos shown.
How often do I need to top off the water?
Check the basin weekly and top off as needed. In warm, dry, or windy conditions evaporation is faster. Never let the pump run dry.
What is the difference between Stones Only and Complete Kit?
