Can the cabinet be installed far from the pond?
Yes — the compressor cabinet can sit at the water's edge or up to 1/4 mile away, connected by airline, so you're not limited to running power right to the shoreline.
Do I need an electrician to install this?
No special wiring is required at the pond itself — Airmax EasySet airline delivers oxygen to the water while the compressor plugs into a standard outlet at the cabinet location.
What airline size does this system need?
The PS60 is set up for 5/8" airline only. You can add 500 or 600 ft rolls at checkout, or purchase airline separately.
