Handcrafted by Blue Thumb from GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete), molded from real stone and hand-finished in Dapple Gray or Chestnut Brown, it weighs about 80 lbs — hundreds of pounds less than solid rock.

Is it real stone?
It's GFRC molded from real stone and hand-finished, at a fraction of the weight of solid rock.
Do I need a pond?
No. The boulder sits over a buried basin that recirculates the water beneath pebbles.
What about winter?
In freezing climates, remove the pump and drain exposed plumbing before a hard freeze.
