How is the TA2W different from the TA1W and TA3W?
The TA2W sits in the middle of the TurboAir line — 2 diffusers and 200 ft of tubing for ponds up to 1.5 acres, versus 1 diffuser/up to 0.75 acres for the TA1W and 3 diffusers/up to 2.5 acres for the TA3W.
Does this system use batteries?
No — it's a direct-drive solar system. It runs straight off the two included solar panels during daylight hours, with no battery bank to buy or maintain.
What's included versus what do I need to supply?
The kit is all-inclusive — compressor, cabinet, solar panels, diffusers, and 200 ft of tubing are all included. You'll just need to supply concrete for the mounting pole.
Is a sound reduction kit available?
Yes — an optional sound reduction kit is available for quieter operation.
