Which VFX model is right for my pond?
It depends on your pond's size and depth — options range from 1/2 HP for smaller ponds up to 5 HP for larger bodies of water. Call us and we'll help you size it correctly.
Do I need a control panel?
Yes, each VFX model pairs with a specific Kasco control panel (C-25, C-85, or C-95 depending on HP and voltage) — see the specification table above for your model.
Can I add lighting later?
Yes — Kasco WaterGlow LED color-changing lighting can be added at the time of purchase or anytime afterward.
How shallow can the water be?
Minimum operating depth ranges from 15" for the 1/2 HP model up to 26" for the 5 HP model.
What's covered under warranty?
1/2, 3/4, and 1 HP units carry a 2-year warranty. 2 HP and 5 HP units carry a 3-year warranty.
