What size pond does the Classic Series cover?
The 1/3 HP covers up to 1/3 acre, 1/2 HP up to 1/2 acre, 3/4 HP up to 3/4 acre, 1 HP up to 1 acre, and 1.5 HP up to 1.5 acres. For deeper ponds, consider sizing up.
What cord length do I need?
Measure from your nearest GFCI outlet to where the fountain will float, then add 20–30 feet for slack. Never use extension cords near water.
Can I add lights later?
Yes — the float includes pre-drilled mounting holes for PondSelect light kits. Lights screw on and can be added any time after purchase.
Does it need special electrical setup?
No — the Classic Series runs on standard 115V. You need a GFCI-protected outdoor outlet within cord reach of the fountain location.
How do I winterize it?
In freezing climates, remove the fountain, clean the pump, and store indoors. The mooring rope and float can typically remain in place through winter.
