What is included in the Complete Kit?
The Complete Kit includes the natural stone piece(s), a pre-sized underground reservoir basin, an energy-efficient submersible pump, all plumbing hardware, and tubing. Everything needed for installation is included — no extra purchases required.
How difficult is installation?
Most customers complete installation in an afternoon. Dig a hole for the reservoir basin, place the stones, connect the pump and plumbing (all hardware included), fill with water, and plug in. No special tools or professional help required.
Do I need a pond or existing water feature?
No — this fountain is completely self-contained. Water recirculates through the hidden underground basin. You just need a nearby GFCI electrical outlet to power the pump.
Can this fountain be used year-round?
In climates without hard freezes, yes. In freezing climates, drain the basin and remove the pump for winter storage. The stone pieces can typically remain in place through winter.
Is this real stone or faux/cast material?

How often do I need to top off the water?
