Which HP size do I need?
As a rule of thumb, plan for 1 to 1.5 HP per acre — a larger motor also creates a fuller, more impressive spray. Call us and we'll help you size it correctly.
What's the difference between 115V and 230V?
115V units plug into a standard residential outlet but are limited to 100 ft of cord. 230V units are hardwired to a panel and support longer cord runs.
Can this be used in salt water?
Yes — the Cambridge is approved for use in salt water with no added equipment required.
Do I need to winterize this fountain?
No — simply shut off the power and leave it in place through winter. Restore power once the ice thaws in spring.
Are lights included?
No, lights are not included by default, but can be ordered with your fountain or added later — they simply snap onto the floating unit.
What's covered under warranty?
The Cambridge is backed by Scott Aerator's unconditional 5-year motor warranty.
