Boulder Bird Bath Fountain Kit
A bubbling bird bath molded from a real boulder. Fresh, recirculating water bubbles into a shallow bowl where birds drink, splash, and preen — then flows into a hidden basin below. Medium or Large, in two natural rock colors.
Moving water draws birds far more effectively than a still bird bath. Water softly bubbles up through the boulder, fills the shallow bowl, and flows back to the basin — staying fresh and appealing for birds to drink and bathe, while you enjoy the gentle sound of a garden fountain. Pets and other four-legged visitors love it too.
Each boulder is handcrafted by Blue Thumb from GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete), molded directly from real stone, then chiseled, sanded, hand-painted, and sealed. It looks and feels like natural rock but weighs hundreds of pounds less, making installation far easier.

Both sizes use a 49" square x 12" H basin (70 gal). Polished pebbles are not included; 4–5 bags (40 lb) are recommended.

Will this really attract birds?
Yes. Birds are drawn to the sight and sound of moving water, and the bubbling bowl keeps water fresh for drinking and bathing.
Is it real stone?

Medium or Large?
The Medium has a raised, bowled top (13" high). The Large is a wider, lower-profile boulder (9" high) that gives birds a broad bathing surface.
Are pebbles included?
No. 4–5 bags of polished pebbles are recommended to cover the basin area. Call us and we'll help you add them.
What about winter?
In freezing climates, remove the pump and drain exposed plumbing before a hard freeze.
