DuraLiner™ is made only from first-quality virgin resins, and every roll meets or exceeds ASTM D7465 (Type 1) technical specifications. EPDM rubber is easy to shape around shelves, curves, and rocks, and it stays flexible from -40° to 175°F, so it won't crack in a hard freeze or under summer sun.
The 60 mil thickness adds puncture resistance for large excavations, rocky soil, and commercial projects, while staying flexible enough to conform to shelves and contours. It's safe for fish and plants.

What size roll do I need?
A common sizing rule is pond length (or width) + 2 × maximum depth + 2 ft for edge overlap. For example, a 30' x 50' roll fits a pond about 25' x 45' that is 18 in. deep. Our pond liner size calculator does the math for you, or call 888-825-6214 and we'll help you size it.
Should I choose 60 mil or 45 mil?
60 mil is the heavy-duty choice for large, deep, or commercial ponds and rocky sites where extra puncture resistance matters. For most backyard ponds, DuraLiner 45 mil rolls are plenty and cost less.
How does a roll ship?

Do I need underlayment?
It's strongly recommended. Underlayment protects the liner from rocks, roots, and other sharp objects, and can also be laid on top of the liner before adding gravel and stone.
