Stratus™ SRC Series "Gen 2" rocking piston compressors are purpose-built for the demands of continuous, round-the-clock operation. The oil-less design keeps electricity out of the water — the shore-mounted compressor pushes air through tubing to bottom-mounted diffusers for a safe, effective way to aerate ponds and lakes.
Quick Sink, self-weighted membrane air diffuser assemblies are designed to be placed directly on the pond or lake bottom. The self-weighted design eliminates the need for gravel and cuts installation time. Each diffuser features a round rubber (EPDM) membrane with thousands of holes that produce fine air bubbles, which rise to the surface and create the circulation that destratifies and aerates the water.
Four QS2 dual-head diffusers aerate ponds up to 4 acres, depending on depth and shape.
