Which HP size do I need?
1/3 HP is the most economical choice for smaller ponds up to about 3/4 acre; 1/2 HP suits ponds around 1/8 acre or larger; 3/4 HP handles ponds up to about 1 acre. Call us and we'll help you size it correctly.
Are anchor weights included?
No — two anchor weights (30-40 lbs each depending on HP) and two nylon mooring ropes are required but not included.
Can this be used in salt water?
Yes — the North Star is approved for use in salt water installations.
