The "Muck Buster Plus" — all the convenience of the Pond Vac II with a 25% larger 6.6-gallon tank and an energy-efficient 1.5 HP motor, reaching down to 6 ft for hobby ponds up to about 4,000 gallons.
The Pond Vacuum II Plus is essentially the Pond Vac II with more capacity. Its 6.6-gallon tank holds 25% more than the II, so you get longer vacuum runs — roughly 50 seconds of suction before the motor shuts off and the tank drains in about 25 seconds, then restarts automatically. Five extension tubes reach depths up to 6 ft, and it removes algae, sludge, dead plants, leaves and small pebbles up to 3/8 in. in diameter.
The high-quality German 1.5 HP motor delivers suction comparable to a 2 HP unit while using less energy. The sludge bag catches coarse debris, and the nutrient-rich drain water can go straight to garden beds or a yard drain — never back into the pond.
25% more capacity than the Pond Vac II — more vacuuming per cycle.
German-built motor with 2 HP-class suction at 1150 watts.
Shuts off when full, drains, and restarts on its own — no manual emptying.
Five ~15 in. extension tubes for deeper koi ponds.
Traps leaves and debris up to 3/8 in. before water drains out.
Safe for use in fish ponds and water gardens.

How is the II Plus different from the Pond Vacuum II?
It holds 25% more (6.6 vs 5.3 gallons), so it vacuums longer between drain cycles, and its extension tubes reach up to 6 ft deep. It uses an efficient 1.5 HP motor with suction comparable to the II's 2 HP.
What size pond is it best for?
Hobby ponds up to about 4,000 gallons. For larger ponds, step up to the Pond Vacuum Pro or the continuous Power-Cyclone.
How do I get the most suction time per cycle?
Open the yellow ring on the handle for extended suction time, and place the tank up high so the discharge hose sits lower than the bottom of the tank for fast draining.
Can I send the water back into my pond?
No — drain it to garden beds, lawn, or a drain. Vacuuming makes an easy way to do regular partial water changes.
